Join us for an evening of opera. Order a picnic or bring you own, pop open a bottle and enjoy the beautiful gardens before revelling in Puccini’s masterpiece, La Bohème. Every performance includes a 60 minute interval to enjoy dinner

Time
Gates open at 5pm for guests to arrive, pick their spot and enjoy a glass of fizz before the curtain rises at 6.30pm.
Gates will close 30 minutes after the end of the performance.
Parking
There is plenty of space for parking cars and bicycles. Taxis drop off just outside the main gate.
Access
Disabled toilets and blue badge parking with step free access thereafter are available. Please contact the Festival (caroline@gapfestival.org) to arrange wheelchair seating or any other access requirements. Stalls seats are recommended for those wanting step free access.
Dress Code
Where whatever you feel comfortable in whether that’s black tie or jeans. The opera barn is unheated though so we strongly recommend some warm layers.
Children
All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
Dogs
Please leave dogs at home except for assistance dogs
Smoking
No smoking or vaping in the grounds or any of the buildings
Payment
The event is cashless - only contactless card payments are available at the bar
Filming and Photography
Event photographers will likely be capturing footage through the evening. This will be used to showcase the GAP Festival 2026 both online and in printed articles. Images will also be used to help future Festival and Streatley Farmhouse opera promotions. Please let the event marhsals on the day know if you do not wish to be captured. Please note, no photography or recording of the performace is permitted.
